Jacob's Hospital Stay back in January

I'm going to try and do a recap of a few things that have been going on since the beginning of the year. January 5th (Tuesday) rolled around and we had to admit Jacob into the hospital...he had Preceptal Cellulitus in his right eye. It was quite serious for a while with his cedrate (infection rate) slowing elevating. Jacob had an MRI on Thursday of that week and it revealed further infection behind the eye. That was not good news. However, on Friday, blood tests revealed that the cedrate was starting to come down...great news. He had to stay thru the weekend and he was released on Monday morning. God was watching over Jacob that week and we had so many family/friends praying for him. God was in complete control. A follow-up visit to the doctor that Friday revealed he was completely fine. Happy 16th Anniversary to Us!

Today is our 16th Wedding Anniversary! We are celebrating tonight by going out to dinner and seeing a movie...something we used to do ALL THE TIME before we had kids!! Matthew's going to a sleepover birthday party and Jacob is going to Mark & Cheryl's for the night...they are both very excited!
